Traveling North or South on I-95, take Exit 47

The Shops at Yale on Broadway:
56 Broadway (across from Apple): Continue straight on RT 34; at the 3rd traffic light turn right on York Street; at the 4th traffic light turn left on Broadway. The parking lot entrance will be on the left. GPS address: 56 Broadway. Rate: $0.75 per half hour, 7 days. 4-hour max, 6-hour max with receipt from a restaurant.
40 Dixwell Avenue, Pay & Display (across from Tropical Smoothie): Continue on Broadway to Dixwell Avenue. The parking lot entrance will be the left. 2 free tour bus parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rate: $0.75 per half hour, 7 days.

The Shops at Yale in the Chapel Street Historic District:
255 Crown Street (behind Union League): Continue straight on RT 34; at the 1st traffic light turn right on Church Street; at the 2nd traffic light turn left on Crown Street. The parking lot entrance will be on the right after the second traffic light. On-Street Parking Information:

Downtown New Haven has more than 15,000 convenient parking spaces. Most parking meters now accept credit/debit cards. Parking meters are $1.50 per hour with a 2 hour limit on most meters until 5pm.  After 5pm, you can pay the meter and park for up to 4 hours until 9pm when the meters turn off. Free on-street parking on Sundays, holidays, and after 9pm.

Train Service: 

The Shops at Yale is a 10-minute walk from State Street Station and a 20-minute walk from Union Station. The Union Station Shuttle provides free service between the train station and the New Haven Green on weekdays.

Bus Service:

Most CTTransit local bus routes provide service to the New Haven Green, just a few minutes’ walk from The Shops at Yale.

Downtown Valet Service from Park New Haven:

A convenient valet parking service is now being offered in the heart of New Haven’s vibrant downtown. This parking option is easy and perfect for dining, shopping or a night out on the town. The downtown valet parking stand is located near the Shubert Theater, across the street from Pacifico and Oaxaca Kitchen. The stand is open Thursday through Saturday from 5:30pm-midnight.
