Down & Dirty Chocolate

Saturday, February 10th, 3pm – 5pm | $75

 

Learn the essential skills to work with chocolate in your kitchen. Katalina’s will show you how to temper chocolate and how to turn heavy cream and pure chocolate into delectable, hand-rolled truffles.

 

Classes are designed for adults, however teens over the age of 14 are welcome. Exceptions are noted with class descriptions.
