Rock the Gauntlet: New Haven features a 5K course with 15-20 man-made and natural obstacles at New Haven’s East Rock Park. Three starting heats are available for participants to choosefrom. After the race, participants are invited to enjoy a post-race party featuring food from the Old World Pizza Truck, refreshments and live entertainment. Awards given to top three male and females in each age group and for the team competition.
