Behind every image is a story. What’s the story behind your favorite painting or sculpture?! This session explores stories—hidden and visible, in words and/or in pictures—that inspire artists to create. Take a closer look and investigate the stories behind the artworks in the Center’s galleries, and then create your own mixed-media story.
This is a free program designed for children ages ten to twelve. Preregistration is required. Please contact Education (ycba.education@yale.edu | +1 203 432 2858) with your name, number, and a good time to reach you. A museum educator will contact you by phone to complete and confirm your registration.
