partners Ankit Chellani (Sherkaan) and Bryan Burke (executive chef and
longtime collaborator), Bobbi’s brings a playful, creative twist to
the traditional Detroit-style square pie — featuring airy-yet-crispy

classics to adventurous flavors like Butter Chicken Pizza.
