Twirl

Twirl is a fast-casual pasta restaurant serving freshly prepared, customizable pasta bowls in the heart of downtown New Haven. Guests can choose their favorite pasta shape and pair it with a selection of sauces to create their own bowl, all for just $10. Add-ons include meatballs, chicken cutlets, kale, mushrooms, and more. Gluten-free pasta is also available.

Founded by local restaurateurs Craig Hutchinson and Jim Baronowski, the team behind Olmo Bagels, Twirl offers a fun, approachable take on pasta that’s perfect for a quick lunch, dinner, or meal on the go.
